A Burning Adventure

Set in the Alcunaire metaverse, the story follows the street Elory Vednis. In order to escape a death sentence, she takes up an offer to attend the Ashward Academy, where people train to weaponoze their magic. Problem is, Lory doesn't appear to have any.
A mixture of Hunger Games and Desendant with a dash of Prince of Persia vibes, follow Lory as she learns there's more to her than being an invisible, low-life street rat.

Getting Back To It!

 Hello, book lovers (and anyone who is still following me)!

(Also, Nanners says hello too, and wouldn't mind a boop on the nose).

It has been a busy life so far, indeed! I know how sporadic my posts have been over the years; it's something I'm still working on. But after obtaining a stable job, earning my Master's in Imaginative Literature, and dipping my feet into editing, I am going to try to give this blog the love and attention it deserves!

First off, I will be doing some updates/editing on my blog, so expect some changes to come.

Second, I will be posting my book reviews directly from Goodreads to this page (did you know I have over 300 reviews on that website? Wow!)

Third, as usual, I have a busy life and tend to be forgetful. So, I will do my best to post as much as I can, especially with the new projects happening in my life.

Speaking of projects, number 4, I am getting into editing and have recently been working with a new author, D.S. Matthews. He writes in multiple genres, and currently has two books available for purchase on Amazon (both are on Kindle Unlimited, and his most recent will be available on ebook and paperback soon). His released titles at this time are The Bride of Silas and The Unhealed. And finally, the time has come: I am also planning on publishing a book! It's still in the editing phase, but it should be published soon (after a few beta reads, of course).

Red Runs the Blood is a compelling sequel to Bright Burn the Flame, a series set in Steffort's Alcunaire world. A great read for magic lovers, those that enjoys low burns, and ponder how a prophecy slowly takes shape.
